What are your payment terms?

When it comes to payment terms, we operate on a time and materials approach, basing cost estimates on the information available at the time of estimation. When starting a project, we kindly request a 50% deposit of the agreed work fee upon acceptance of the quotation, unless we've made other arrangements. Rest assured, we won't begin the project until we've received this deposit in full.

In the event that you decide to cancel the project before final delivery, we'll consider our reasonable losses and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
